Ingredients
3/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (about 1/2 can)
3/4 cup Thick Cream (25%) (1 small can)
3/4 cup Pure Passion Fruit Concentrate
2 tbsp Skim Milk Powder
Optional toppings, to serve:
Whipped Cream
Dried Passion Fruit Seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender jug
- Start blending from a lower power setting, gradually increasing, just until well combined
- Turn off the blender and scrape the sides of the jug with a spatula
- Blend for another 2-3 minutes on high, until it’s looking uniform and airy (see video for texture)
- Portion in your preferred containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (see notes about containers and chilling time) – only remove from the fridge when ready to serve
Optional
If using whipped cream or passion fruit seeds, add them just before serving.
Notes
You can divide this recipe in as many containers as you wish – from one-bite mini ramekins to a large serving bowl. Please note that the container size will have a huge impact in the required setting time – if using small, individual containers it will likely be ready within 4 hours, but if using a large serving bowl with the whole recipe, it will need at least 12 hours in the fridge. To be safe, chill overnight and shake lightly before serving to make sure it’s set.
