- Heat a saucepan over low heat
- Add Water and Sugar, and stir to combine
- Simmer until it turns into a clear syrup
- Add Pumpkin Puree and Pumpkin Pie Spice, stir until well mixed
- Simmer on low heat until reduced to a thin syrup, about 20 minutes
- Remove from heat and immediately pass through a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth
- Store in an pre-boiled airtight glass container, such as a bottle or mason jar
- Keep in the fridge for about a week, shake well before using

Please note that in the recipe video we’ve prepared a larger recipe – hit the “3x” button above to get the same yield as the video, which is enough for about 8 lattes.
We’ve used pure pumpkin puree for this recipe. We don’t recommend using ready-made “pumpkin pie filling” because each brand will have their own spice combination, and it’s also more watery than pure pumpkin.
